MMA Fighter and Coach
Coach Ryan began training martial arts with his twin brother when he was only 13 years old. After having his first fight at 14, he fell in love with competing in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA.
Since then, Ryan has traveled around the United States competing and working towards a career in the UFC. Ryan is driven most by his love for the art and his passion for coaching. You'll find Coach Ryan around the gym assisting and teaching multiple classes, accompanied by the gym dog and his best friend Dapper.

I am so glad that I joined John Adam's Muay Thai class. He is very passionate about what he teaches and it radiates in the class.
