You agree to use our academy and website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our facilities.
2. Liability Waiver
Martial arts training, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, involves physical contact and inherent risks of injury. A signed liability waiver must be completed and submitted before anyone can participate in any class, open mat, or training session at Havoc BJJ. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks fully.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Havoc BJJ offers an SMS/text messaging service to keep our members and prospects informed. By opting in, you agree to the following terms regarding our messaging program:
- Message Types: Users will receive alerts, promotional offers, schedule changes, and account notifications.
- Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
